Can anyone help me?

I need a CPU, Case, ram & motherboard for something under 200 pounds.

I've got a XFX 6850 and a 700w power supply + a w7 HDD.

Please post your advice, thanks!

You are going to need a new copy of Windows 7, you cant just put in the hdd and have it work with the new motherboard.

That's a pretty self-contradictory statement.

You can get better than the RM750.

What are you planning to run with the new psu ? Your current gpu won't need more than 450W, so unless you are planning for a new gpu as well, your current psu should be fine (Assuming it is a decent brand)

there is no need for more than 750 watt, and i suggested 750 for the option to sli high end cards in the future

The op made no mention of SLI, or even that he was buying a new gpu. His current 700W psu will be fine for the moment, assuming it isn't a cheap no name brand.
