what settings for occt?

want to stress test to see if my 7800X3D and 6000mhz ram is stable what settings do i use for occt and how long do i run it for i recently undervolted via curve optimizer so wanna test for stable

Then run multiple different real workloads (e.g. games you want to play) rather than a single synthetic test. I've had GPU undervolts that were perfectly stable in one game, but would immediately crash in others. The initial core offset on my CPU would be completely stable under load, but crash simply browsing files in Windows Explorer.

 

~edit: it's also a good idea to run multiple (in-game) benchmarks before changing anything, to establish a performance baseline. Otherwise, you don't know whether you actually improved things or made them worse.

Do you have reason to believe it's not stable?

OCCT is pretty good for finding hardware error when tuning FCLK. I also use the Linpack 2021 version that it is packaged with to find maximum CPU package power.
