Humm.Sounds like a driver issue unless your 780 changed its mind about living. Make sure geforce experience is not running. or razer comms.

Have you got an overclock? Unigine and BF4 will use your card in different ways, so it may be that some part of your overclock isn't stable with Unigine. Benchmarks also tend to use more of your GPU than games. 

 

If you don't have an overclock, try turning the clock speeds below what they are already and see if it continues. Also, try with other benchmarks.

Also when it crashes I can restart my computer, reinstall Afterburner and the OC still wont apply. Do I have a problem with my GPU

What do you mean no geforce experience

it's so unstable. I had it running one time and I was playing half life. It made everything pink. Then when web browsing artifacts everywhere. IF you got Geforce Experience thingey up, close it, re-boot. If not that then idk..

Its also the OC thing, I can barely get them to reapply after a failure. I have had to reset my CMOS the last few times, I can restart and reinstall programs and it still wont apply the OC. And then I can remove the mem clock and the core will run the OC but as soon as I apply a mem OC of anything the core drops to like 600Mhz

Are you talking about Unigine Valley?

There is a known driver issue that effects only Valley.

 

Nvidia know about it and have confirmed it over at Guru3D forums.

Unigine Heaven isn't too heavy on a GPU and if artifacts occur then it's a sign that something is breaking down, send for RMA.

I downloaded Unigine Haven and it works just fine, I guess its just a problem with Valley
