I'm not sure how difficult this would be, but I think it would be nice if you could edit your posts for 1 minute after posting for typos etc without it saying "edited" but after that time period if you edit something it should say "edited"...

I know you have that option now, but sometimes it's easy to forget to tick that option, or type "edited" and I'm sure sometimes people do that on purpose which can lead to confusion.

I'm just saying I think I would prefer that, but I also wouldn't want all my posts say "edited" just because I fixed some typos (which I do a lot, thanks Samsung Sony!)

As someone who edits for typos a LOT, I really don't mind my posts being tagged as such 😕

I do, cause that kinda defeats the purpose, an edit should indicate a change or an addition, not if there were some typos

The only options that we can use within the forum software are to always show the "edited by" message, or to allow you to toggle it - there's no way to make it required depending on the time since the post was created. In practice, I don't think it matters too much whether it shows as edited or not though, right?

Ah ok, I just thought maybe the software has that option, thanks for clarifying, but then (as said) it's pretty good as it currently is.

Well no, but I think it's good if it doesn't say just for typos.
