CFM to m³/h

Go to solution Solved by juretrn,

CFM = cubic feet per minute

meaning 0,028 m3/min  =  1 CFM

Hello everyone, I've tried searching on forums but I didn't got any results so I've wanted ask.
There are some old fans that I've been looking for online and they describe their airflow in CFM. But the new fans like Noctuas use m3(cube)/h or something like this.\
I've searched on Google but I didn't understand results, they were complicated for me.

So does anyone know what is the conversion rate of the 2?

x CFM = y m3/h

CFM stands for cubic feet per minute, so I think you could just convert meters to feet by a calculator or by taking the root, converting, then raising.

Error: 410

1' = 0.3048m

1M = 1/60 h

1 CFM = 0.3048^3 * 60  = 1.699 m^3/h

That's what I got anyway. I'm not feeling to great atm so you might want to check it.
