I got this PC off Taobao and i feel like the fans aren't properly tuned.
When the fans are blowing hard i feel like there is a spot between bottom fans and gpu that are just recycling hot air. How should i go around troubleshooting it?
Here are my specs:
Ryzen R7 9700x
RTX 3080
DDR 5 6400mhz
750W psu

Assuming these are all the same model of fan, I'd just install FanControl and bind them all to the same curve.

If they're oriented as expected (bottom+side intake, top+back exhaust), you'll have a slight positive pressure (which is usually good).

Nice looking piece btw.

I've gotten to know some stuff, but am far from omniscient, so don't take my advice as gospel and wait for other opinions - I just like throwing in my two cents when I can.

If those are standard fans (blow towards the hub/spider) then all of the fans are set to exhaust. Highly unbalanced.  Why do you think it is recycling hot air?

I would personally do this;

Start with setting up a bit more exhaust than intake, because it usually works the best IMO. Then slow all fans down in RPM. Run a light CPU and GPU benchmark, to get temps rising. Now set exhaust to a level that is comfortable in noise. Then start increase intake slowly, and check temps. This may require an hour or two maybe to get right but it is worth it.

I did this with my own build and found that if I flipped a single fan, my CPU temps dropped with 5-6c, while overall noise level dropped a tiny bit. GPU temps stayed the same.

It doesn't, that's a recipe for dust accumulation.

A bit more intake than exhaust is better, positive pressure (if the intakes are dust filtered)

I agree with @Blue4130 , it's unclear what kind of fans those are (intake or exhaust).

assuming the orientation of the fans is as usual, so the "free" part of the fans is where the fan itself "succ" the air

below is the diagram of what i belive it's happening, the white arrows are what i don't undersstand if it's hot air or fresh air but i assume it's wasted airflow or simply bad airflow

the colors are of tied to how hot the air SHOULD in theory be pulled by the fans

do you feel like this is correct? if so i think there's an issue with the bottom fans that are choking your GPU and i don't understand much about the usefulness of the back pointing fans, i've set them to orange and red but the bottom one it's probably white or orange because it pulls out some air from the GPU exhausts

Well okay, I thought simply of temperature, not of dust accumulation. But I still stand on my comment and would recommend this to OP.

Still, even without the dust argument I see no reason for rooting for negative pressure.

Care to explain ?

Well, dust filters are a thing and it is possible to clean a PC and the room it is in lol

From personal experience, a bit more exhaust have worked the best for me.

Edit: Alright, yup, seems like positive in general are better, from what I read. Sorry about that OP. Always done it like I said and have worked wonderfully for me.

Why would you "suck"  air from the GPU that desperately needs it with that bottom "exhaust"?

This is typically meant to be intake (with little effect but at least it doesn't hurt).

I agree, but what does "more" mean here? Like you usually have 2 or 3 front fans, 1 exhaust, that's positive pressure by design, it doesn't really matter if the exhaust runs "slightly" faster.

Of course the fishtank design of the PC in the op is a mess... Not saying it can't work, but so many turbulences and possible trapped air don't make me confident about it.

The direction tells you... the direction

I see, sorry. Well, I've always had 2, maybe 3 filtered intake in front, then 3 exhaust - hence a tat more exhaust than intake. RPM of fans generally the same. Of course, not scientifically measured...

And yeah, the last few cases I've had had been these "cube" case, dual champer ones. Maybe that is why this works well for me.

than my assumptions are correct, the GPU is "choking" due to the exhaust and should be intake, however, if the PSU is right below that fan it will probably bring warm air (assuming there's enough space for air to be taken) to the GPU and i don't know if that fan will be useful at this point, i've never understood putting fans at the bottom specially on small cases like this one

other then this issue, the rest of the fans are actually correctly put, still don't understand why the fans pointing to the back of the case are there because i think they might be kinda useless but ok

many fans seems to be put for "look" more then actual usefulness

yes they COULD be reverse fans but they look like normal fans to me, i don't think a taobao case comes with something "particular" however, hidden gems exists even on aliexpress if you have the patience to dig enough.

my diagram was very roughly made with my assumption but i think it might be how the fans are pointing at the moment

And Taobao has nearly everything that you can get from other (western) shops have.

good to know, i've never used it, i'll put taobao in the list of websites to surf besides aliexpress 😄

good to know, i've never used it, i'll put taobao in the list of websites to surf besides aliexpress 😄

Do you live in China? If not, there is not much point. Ordering off taobao will be difficult to say the least. I guess that you don't have a Chinese bank account.

I really don't see (or have heard) anything about taobao opening to western countries. It really seems like a China only thing. Temu, Shein and aliexpress all serve the west though. (for now)

the case itself looks amazing honestly, kinda impractical but really really good looking

I mean different tastes and all that, but if we're going by pure looks something like this would be hard to beat for me... The GOAT!

And cooling ain't too bad actually (after all it's meant to be an airflow case , probably still better than the taobao fishtank! 😅). (no offense)
