Youtube constantly offline?

Ever since I got my new computer youtube periodically goes 'offline' throughout the day anywhere from a few seconds to a half hour at time. I know the site isn't down since Youtube on my phone on the same WiFi works fine. I'm also able to browse the rest of the internet no problem on the same computer. I only see this message after clicking on the next video, or visiting the homepage. My video is never stopped or experiences buffering in the middle, but I can never go to a new video while the bug is present.

I use google chrome browser. My YouTube-affecting extensions are 'AdBlock' and 'Return YouTube Dislike'. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies. This is really annoying, any way to prevent this?

i no youtube is balling adbockers you got abp down but others work still. on firefox each time i close and open they turn off extensions you have to re enable them. might not be much longer...

 

dont no if thats the problem thow
