Best-Most Secure Password Manager?

I'm wondering what application is the most secure for password management. Currently im using Maskme and i want to move to something new. Anyone got any ideas? I was looking at LastPass and using a UBIkey with it.

But even that isn't 100% secure.

I use Keepass, open source so you can check the is nothing bad going on if you are that way inclined, free in cost, but most importantly for me is it is 100% offline, as good as the ones that store your password database for you are I straight up do not trust anybody with my information, encrypted or not, but me.

And it has apps for your phone/tablet.

 

I do know it is possible to set up Keepass with 2 step verification using the Google Authenticator app, but as long as you use a good password for the DB then you will be fine, a better way would be to use the Key File feature of Keepass which you could store on a USB drive to unlock your DB. You can even use a YUBIkey with Keepass.

 

Because Keepass if free give it a try see if you like it, just remember to back up your database file the last thing you want is to loose your passwords from a HDD failure.
