Win 10 is almost EOL and new apps are starting to not support it. I'd only go 10 if you need it for a specific reason. Your basically gonna be forced to 11 if you want to use windows, so might as well upgrade now.

I suggest staying with Windows 11 unless you are prepared to pay for extended support for Windows 10.

As for the Ubisoft problem, it looks like it has been fixed.

Something else to consider is any compatibility problems with Windows 10 will probably get a much lower priority after Microsoft stops issuing free updates for Windows 10.

Gaming Desktop: Ryzen 7 7800 X3D. RTX 4070 Ti Super. 32 GB DDR 5 RAM. 2 GB NVME SSD. 32" LG 4K OLED. Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

Console: PlayStation 5 Slim disc edition. 4 TB WD Black SSD. 42" ASUS 4K OLED 120 Hz.

Smartphone: iPhone 15 Pro Max. 256 GB. Black. Tello.

f them then, old apps are good enough. im still salty half of my XP/Vista software does *not* work on 10/11 and no, i didn't buy the "new" versions,  as i already paid for my eXisting versions ~

I think win 7/8 may be the solution?

Either way atp might just wait it out until 12, even numbered winvers seem to be better anyways.

if you're building a new machine just use 11

its fine enough and modern software is a little less upset if you use it
