Of course they want to say that. That's cavitation sound, if it doesn't subside in a few days or your computer starts to overheat then its something else entirely and you have to push for them to check the AIO proper.

Am I seeing the pipes go down? If the pump is the highest part of the loop that's where the air will go, you will get cavitation and poor performance.

Ok. Actually that might not even apply to an AIO anyways. I dunno what the manufacturer says.

However if there was a lot of air in there it wouldn't be good. Do you know if it's got any air in it? You could perhaps shake the radiator and see if there's some sloshing noise.
