Hello all,

I'm having a few issues with my EVGA 780 Classifieds.

So I got a new motherboard (Asus Z97 WS), and got it up and running.

I then installed all of the drivers for the motherboard.

I shut down

I installed my second GPU, and BAM now I get no display on start up.

I remove the second GPU, and still no display?

It's currently working off of onboard video.

Could it be a driver issue? Or any other suggestions?

"could not find compatible graphics hardware"

Google Display Driver Uninstaller, Run it in safe mode to remove all traces of Nvidia drivers from your system. Turn the PC off and put in your 780's (double check which PCI-E slots you are ment to be using for SLI as I some motherboards its 1+2 others 1+3)

Quack 🦆

Let me guess you hear the windows boot sound but no display? I had this a few times as well, just connect your monitor to the 2nd card and you might get display put it back to the 1st card. If that doesn't help use the IGP, when you install the nvidia drivers select advanced installation and check "fresh install".

I can't install the drivers for the GPU. Even with the GPU installed, it tells me that there is no Graphics card seen.

Try an older version

The driver won't even start installing. The software says "Checking for compatible devices" and then tells me there are none.

It isn't the first time that this "checking devices" shit is bugged with a newer version. I heard it a few times, fix could be downloading a driver from months ago if that installs then you can update to the newest flawlessly.

I'm going to try flashing the BIOS first. When I called ASUS that's what they suggested.
