How well would this PC run?

I've got a question, how well would this PC run games like Crysis 3 and Outlast?? How much FPS? 

 

Here is the List : 

CPU = Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor         

Cooler = Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Motherboard = MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard      

RAM = Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory      

SSD = A-Data Premier Pro SP600 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

HDD = Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video card = Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card

Case = Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply =  EVGA 600B 80PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V/EPS12V Active PFC 600W Power Supply

It would run great. as for the framerate, go look at an r9 290 benchmark. outlast is easy to run, I doubt you'll get less than 100fps.

Would run great, but unless your're planning to watercool, don't get the XFX DD card. It looks great and the cooler is silent, but the VRM cooling is practically non-existent and you'll get VRM temps above 100°C on stock voltage. Speaking from experience here.

I like that psu, I actually just bought one for another build, but would you consider stepping up to the NEX750B for more overclocking headroom? I know its a little more money, but in my experience, it's much better to overshoot on psu capacity a bit rather than getting just enough to run the system.
