What programs does he use to do jewelry design? That would give a better idea of where to allocate budget. Also would be worth looking into some used stuff if you can convivence them. Can wrangle a more powerful setup then. Also country where you need to buy this stuff from.

specs of old work computer?

ddr5 is a waste of money if you arent going amd and arent going to have a minimum of 32gb (16gb kits perform worse than ddr4) alongside a decent hynix bin and not trash samsung/micron youll have to replace in a few years

id ditch the 3060ti and 3070 in favour of a 3060 assuming vram is more important than raw gpu power, otherwise used 3080 are ~350$ with used 3060 ~200$

aio is a waste of money and not very good for reliability just get a 36$ phantom spirit and itll outperform that 120mm not like thats needed for a 12400 or 12600k

and yes id get a 12600k alongside mobo swap to something like a z690m phantom gaming since those boards are dirt cheap and have better i/o than that b760 (10usb3 4usb2 for a total of 14 usba ports) alongside the bonus of beibg tunable if you want to do undervolts and whatnot for power efficiency

Hello... If you are just trying to do simple Design Work then I recommend this AMD PC Build. If you must have an Intel/NVIDIA Build then look at the second Build below.
