well then , i think you have to let the repair guys deal with it & find the fault, but do prepare to buy something once you start to deal with retailers , they ought to make you buy something rather than fixing.

Since you are here : Try exchanging PSU if you have one , or reseat every power cables & try again , or make sure the ram module is properly placed down into the repective dims ,   but i do think it's your mobo.we wont know unless we try it so the repair shop is the only hope you have right now!

Good luck & post back when you get it fixed.

I just got my computer and when I press the power button all the fans spin up but then after a second they turn off.

specs are on profile

If left without other options take all the parts out and rebuild the pc on a cardboard box and see if it'll start-up.

Sounds like a short, bad bios, bad hardware, bad or incompatible memory configuration...

Try looking for each starting with the memory.

being at work i cant see the videos or see your specs (urls being blocked and all), but it sounds almost like the psu isnt supplying power. or something just isnt plugged in properly. (mine would spin up then turn off cuz i was dumb and forgot to plug in my graphics card)  doublecheck the connections on everything just to make sure its seated properly

PC specs?

is this a newly built rig?

seems there is a ground on the motherboard and the casing..

try to remove the motherboard from the case..

and other components.. assemble them up outside then power them on..

if it boots, then the motherboard and casing is grounded

my solution, place a masking tape on your motherboard stand-offs :)

CPU won't die that easily..

try to power it with another PSU

or try to test your PSU if its going to power by itself

and wait for about 10 to 20mins..

just short the green and black wire on the 24pin power connector

and try to smell burned parts if ever..

Well I got the PSU from a friend who took it from a prebuilt and I don't think he handled it correctly
