  2. Hello all, Hello @LinusTech 4 and a half years ago I purchased a Steelseries wireless H headset. I was stuck in between this and the astro a40's or was it 50's. I had spent what seems a lifetime of wired into wireless low build quality headphones and on Linus's recommendation I purchased the wireless H due to his assessment of sound and mic quality. Ultimately his ability to take it to the limit and bend the headset aggressively and twist it to the limit sold me on how my experience was to be expected. Those headphones changed my life in regards to gaming as well as wireless mobility
  3. hotel internet is not great for gaming so I wouldn't go overboard unless you had grand ambitions of stand alone single player. Then I say lan rig and use the hotel television
  4. It is just to keep things out of there. If you keep it plugged in then it does the same thing
  5. If you can get a good price on a 4790k then it is definitely worth the upgrade. What everyone here fails to see is our games have a lot more overlays and addons then what we used to work with. If you are going to stream or run multiple intensive things simultaneously then the 4 core no hyperthreading i5 loses it's preformance. For the record every CPU since the 2500k can overclock to a 4.4 comfortably with the right cooler. then it from top to bottom is 8700k to 6700k to 4790k to 7700k. for performance. Unless you are going to delid because the 7700k has the same issue with the thermal p
  6. pins. 2 of them, Can be a sewing needs or a pin for a shirt. find a spot on either side as far down as you can away from the hinge side. When you are confident you have a good spot on either side then pry and wiggle it until it gets back far enough
  7. power it down and unplug your power supply. Hold the power button for 30 seconds. That should discharge it. You should also consider your mobo may be touching the case somewhere. As a precaution I recommend taking it apart one by one and reassembling it and testing with each new piece. So on stick of ram and onboard. Then add the next stick. Vid card and so on and on forth. Dont check to see if cables are tight. take them out and reseat them. Very common mistake.
  8. It will be called a water pipe grounding clamp. https://acpfoto.com/photo/thomas-betts-j-water-pipe-ground-clamp-tnb4002.html Looks something like that.
  9. Do you have your cable running in to where your computer is for internet or television or misc other. 3 other options you have are a grounding spike outside discretely run with one of those cable runs. You can also run along the windowsill if you can hide it to a satisfactory degree, Option 2. There are clamps that can connect to your copper piping which will allow the same thing to happen but you would have to run it in through the floor, Last option, Every Plug and outlet is grounded internally. Could hardwire to that. I would recommend one of the other options as they are less invas
  10. No problem saying hi on the way by. Just dont interrupt her and her friends and be friendly. goes a long way. If one of them looks like she has a bunch of stuff to carry or errends to run offer a few minutes of your time.
  11. what all do u have already is a good start. Monitor hard drives ect
  12. upgrading would be the only choice. Or optimizing your graphics. Improvements to shaders and textures with driver updates are going to be a thing. As well as other changes that come with game updates for improved gameplay.
  13. There is not enough ram for one. Shared graphics memory, that is a big ole issue. Max size for ram per slot is 4g and there is 2 slots. I would suggest you max that out. At the end of the day though I would not use that for anything but web browsing but that is me.
