i got a drawing tablet, but im not sure what programs i could use it with... i read paint.net doesn't support pressure sensitivity so that's not a good option, if true... what are some good drawing programs i could try?

ps: clip studio paint looks neat... but im still curious about alternatives  (that preferably dont require a log in)

Definitely Krita

ok im just trying it out... looks kinda intuitive,  kinda like gimp too - which i like but also know it's not easy to use for certain tasks... but anyhow i have one question,  does krita have anything that helps you actually drawing, like poses?

something like this ?

i saw something like this in clip studio and i think it would really help.

I don't know, sorry. I've always just used reference on another monitor.

oh, ok... well i guess its theoretically possible as it's just another layer... but either way so far i had no luck with pressure sensitivity,  even though its enabled in Krita.

might just be the drivers, i dunno (im also amazed something simple as a drawing tablet needs drivers... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

I used Huion drawing tablet and now I have Wacom Intous. Never had issue with pressure sensitivity on both Linux or Windows but on Windows drivers are definitely required for it to work properly.

Also I think there are some open source tablet drivers, don't have experience with it but apparently people use them for OSU.
