According to your picture, you have an eax12… not an 11.

That's not the model number. Model number would be something like R6300, R6120. AX1600 is the wifi standard and throughput supported.

Can you take a photo of the sticker found on the Mesh Extender? Looks like there are 2 versions of the "EAX11" model.
