Yes, this card doesn't draw that much power. It would be perfectly fine in a system like this.

I had a 9400f pc that I upgraded using my old GPU and figured I will upgrade everything but the GPU and use my Old gpu for like 2-3 months then upgrade, these are my current specs.

- Ryzen 7 7800x3d

- Asus ROG strix B650E-F

- MSI MPG A750GF (750 Watt PSU)

-  MSI RTX3060 12G from my previous rig

- G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5 6000 CL30-38-38-96

- Deepcool AK620 Digital- both fans attached and in use

- 6 ARGB case Fans

Considering these specs, would it be okay for me to get a 4070 Super, will my power budget allow it or should I get a 7800xt(is cheaper actually), 7900GRE costs the same as a 4070 Super?

Now I am wondering should i like get the MSI MAG A850GL and then a 4070 Super or like just get the 7800XT, I am also conflicted because a few of my friends have had very bad experiences of stuttering and glitches when using AMD gpus like the 6600XT and such, all in all very confused I am. I would really appreciate any help and advice on this Topic. Thanks guys!

Clock that 3060 sucker, 200 on the core... at least, go for it. See what numbers it pops, far more on the memory...

I've got a Dual 3060 Ti. Still a rock n roller of a GPU in most the stuff I do...

Your PSU will run any card up to 4090. For that I would go 850 or 1000W

CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Elite V2 | RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x16gb 3200 @3600mhz | PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G3 | Monitor: LG 27GL850-B , Samsung C27HG70 |
GPU: Red Devil RX 7900XT | Sound: Odac + Fiio E09K | Case: Fractal Design R6 TG Blackout |Storage: MP510 960gb and 860 Evo 500gb | Cooling: CPU: Noctua NH-D15 with one fan

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

I am running a 5800X3D and 4070 Super on a Corsair RM650x

I recommend watching this video with emphasis from 08:15 onwards, and comparing the price of the GRE to what it can compete against
