Plz if anyone can help me with a build in 1440p!!!

Budget (including currency): $1700 firm

Country: Usa (amazon&bestbuy)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1440p gaming, premier pro and after effects (sometimes)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have the Frost spirit 140, 2tb mp44L and would like a small -ish black build with rgb if possible. I have all the peropherals

Btw i know i asked for a build a few days ago but my budget has changed and i felt the need to ask again. So thankyou!

If you want a small case you sacrifice PCIe slots generally, one bonus of ATX is often the PCIe slots (among some other things too of course)
