Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: "blockbuster titles" Such as, but not limited to CP2077, AC: Valhalla -> Code Red, Dragon's Dogma 2 and so on. Light streaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Already have a 3090, 2 1440p 165hz screens, varmilo keyboard and endgame gear mouse. Aswell as a good sound solution (both razer leviathan v2 and logitech pro x)

Onto the créme de lá créme, I've been going back and forth looking at potential upgrade paths.
Im currently on a 10600k, 2666Mhz 32gb ram, 850w corsair v1 and the aforementioned rtx 3090 from gigabyte, in a complete aircooling solution. Currently running my cpu at 4.7ghz base.

Realistically this build will be seeing the light of day late this year, closer around august-september.

I am mostly a gamer, but i do like to fool around with streaming and keeping too many tabs open aswell as music in the background when i game. Goal is to reach atleast 144hz on majority of games.
At the moment the GPU is very hindered by the CPU despite the overclock and I'm well aware of the ill matchup,
this rig used to host a 3070 which was performing flawlessly though lacked the vram to keep up with some of my games.

In my attached files are two different but from what i think is a similar upgrade path performance wise, while one is giving me the option to upgrade down the line, the other is a bit higher performing when it comes to games.

Any thoughts and inputs would be highly appreciated!
And if i missed to add any details, just give me a shout

neither of those are good lists haha, go for this, change it for a 2tb if u need, its still way under budget, you could actually sell your 3090 and upgrade to a 4080 super or 4090

Yeah this was a really good contender aswell, eliminated the need for extra case fans aswell as the montech has their own case fans. I dig it. Adding this one to my list aswell so i can do a comparison down the road to see which i will gun for!
