You could try disabling Windows family features

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type "services.msc" and press Enter.

In the Services window, scroll down and locate the "Microsoft Family Features" service.

Right-click on the service and select Properties.

Change the Startup type to "Disabled" and click Apply.

Restart your computer and check if the pop-up still appears.

Every few minutes a window pops up, requesting me to log in with an email that i don't even have anymore, inorder to "sent my parents a request for more screentime or permission for certain websites". i havent used family features for a long time and i have never had ssues with it before. i asked my parents, but they didn't activate something. when i say that i want to sing in, it wants me to sign in with my old school adress. i can then sent a recovery code to my new adress and log on with my new adress. when i press enter to log in, it sends me back to the "sent my parents a request for more screentime or permission for certain websites" screen.

this only happens when i am on my homescreen or in the start menu of google. not ingame or while watching youtube
