Which RX 7800 model is the best one that I could buy, I don't care about aesthetics I just want to maximize the fps per dollar.

Though there should be not too much difference between most models anyway. Just if not in US there would be much smaller pool of cards perhaps.

Then the cheapest one, as they'll all perform similarly at stock, OC can give you maybe +5% but higher tier OCable models usually cost 10 to 15% more...
