my tv not displaying correctly

please i would like to know how do i adjust scale it? My tv model is 32LC7D i'm using my dell optiplex 5080 mini tower, i7 10700, AMD Radeon RX 640

That's called overscan. First see if you can adjust it through your TVs settings (on a some sets, setting the input type to PC or game can remedy the issue), but if that doesn't work or exist then you'll need to adjust it through the AMD driver.

As mentioned, change the Input Label for that port to PC.  It would be odd if it didn't support that as similar models do.

you should. ive used amd with tvs for ever even on older cards then that and amd has always had a scaling setting.
