TGP limits in RTX 2070 max Q

I have a Predator Helios 300 PH17-53 laptop with RTX 2070 max q graphics card and a 80W TGP limit. My temperature is ok, about 60/63 degrees with overclock and the fan graphic card just 70%. Is it possible to increase the limit TGP on this laptop to 100W/115W by modding the BIOS? Someone could do this?
