Bad image quality in games

Hello everyone,

So i recently bought a Gigabyte Gaming OC 4070 SUPER gpu and until a couple days ago everything was running like a dream... Then after i for some reason decided to install Gigabyte Control Centre and updated the firmware to F1.1 from gigabytes site, after which everything especially games look weird... Its super grainy and makes my eyes tired fast which is weird and has never happened before... Please suggest a solution ( i am on Windows 10 if that helps )

Tried reinstalling the F1.1 firmware and it just gives an ERROR in the logs but it does show the updated firmware in GCC ( i uninstalled then reinstalled it - made no difference ).

I cant figure out how to revert as an older version is not available on gigabytes website
