if i have a windows license tied to my account can i activate it on multiple pcs?

If u want to put it on other pc u must uninstal on the firs tc to work on second one. if u dont do that, even if you pot your accont on new one pc, will ask you for an activation key

as in the title, i have a windows license tied to my microsoft acct which i currently use on my laptop, if i download windows on my pc im building and sign in with my microsoft account will i be able to activate windows through that or will i have to buy a key later down the line? TIA
