i cant control freq tuning from afterburner or radeon software

fixed the issue. 

apparently the card was running a modified mining bios. 

i flashed it back to its original vbios from techpowerup https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/203010/msi-rx580-8192-180503

and now i can control all sliders in afterburner and also from radeon software 

 

before i couldn't change anything from both softwares. 

 

i also notice after flashing the stock vbios, i can see the POST UEFI screen.

before there was no output from the card untill windows boots up

i want to lower the frequencies of the core and the memory of my rx 580
but the sliders in afterburner revert to default after i press apply 
adrenaline also revert to default when i try to apply any changes to the frequencies 

gpu: MSI RX 580 ARMOR OC 8gb

drvier : adrenaline 24.3.1 latest
