is there any way to know the distance between pcie slots before buying the mobo?

Hi, is there any way to know the distance between pcie slots before buying the mobo? cant find such info on both msi and gigabyte official sites. Trying to figure out if i install my Asrock AMD rx 7800xt challenger oc on new mobo (trying to choice one) how many pcie slots gets wasted.

Online "blueprints"/images of the mobo?

Just look at images of the board in question, you should be able to tell from those.

 

For reference, in case you need it:

Bue: Triple Slot

Yellow: Dual Slot

Red: Single Slot

Triple slot, which you can tell by just googling it and looking at images of it.

ok, just by watching i was thinking it was dual slot gpu, just wanted to make sure. so dual, tripple etc called in respect to how many slots they occupy but not by the how many spacings between couple slots.

if you look up the GPU on the manuf's site, it'll tell you how many slots it is.
