New laptop updating issues

Today I bought a used Razer Blade 15 (The model with the GTX 1060) from FB Marketplace. It has a fresh install of Windows 10, but I cant figure out how to upgrade it to windows 11. The update area also says theres a lot of updates to be installed, but there's nowhere I can press to make it install them. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks

Let it run the updates it needs to run (it'll take a while) and if the computer has a tpm 2.0 capability, it'll offer(somewhat aggressively) the upgrade to 11
