i understand there's a missing part of the screen, right?, if that's the trouble just hit F5 and reload it, if you mean there are no emoticons and text editing options i guess they show up when you actually start typing.

Clear Chrome's cache and stuff? Also, you have to quote a person or tag someone, otherwise they might not know that you responded, @MPX309.

Clear your cache & cookies.

It's an old IPB bug.. But I thought it was fixed years ago? What browser are you using?

See if it works on a different browser. If it does, then it's either your browser (or settings) and/or the cache/cookies.

 

I really can't think of anything else it would be.. If you've read others' advice here, as far as refreshing it.. Then that's all I can come up with.
