Right cpu for RTX 3070

What is the right cpu for RTX 3070?

 

PC specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

RTX 3070

24GB 3600MHZ

 

That is what I am using at this current moment but want to see opinions on better match ups for gaming.

No point buying the most appropriate CPU for that card. You would just be buying a smaller CPU than what would most likely be a better buy with regards to future longevity. If you want to upgrade your CPU then buy the best you can afford at the time. If the best you can afford isn't a reasonable upgrade then keep saving.

"Right cpu for RTX 3070" is a loaded question cause you've still yet to mention what your end goal is.
