7700x + 3080 + 32gb 6000c32

microcenter 7700x bundle covers the cpu mobo and rams

just a full overhaul with a better cpu gpu ssd and cooler

used gpu cause you arent gonna get anything decent under 500$ new and even then a 4070 or 7800xt can be matched by a 150$ cheaper used gpu like the 3080/6800xt and if you are stuck with nvidia then rip cause the 4060(ti) are complete rubbish when compared to their last gen counterparts (3060ti/3070) and especially the 4070 (= to a 3080 but half the power draw and 12gb of vram)

heres some benchmarks for reference

mixing black and white like in your original list will definitely look like crap since theres the white case white cooler white psu cables white rams basically white everything but the board is a mix of black and gray and that will look like shit in a white build so better off seperating black and white so you can get a good looking build with a mix of black and white so black internals + white case + psu cables

case and fans wise do as you please as long as you have the money, i cut abit of cost here with a cheaper fishtank case and some cheap thermalright ring rgb fans but if you can stretch the budget by 50$ then your original case choice will still fit

I'll probably start with the one below. If you are near a microcenter you can get one of their bundle. Just know that 7700 and 7600 are very identical in gaming performance, same with 7700x and 7600x. And the non x and x variant are not very far apart.

HDD as your only source of boot and playing games will be absolute torture it will be so slow. You need an SSD.

You can go for a white build but white GPU's are something that you still shouldn't afford. Cost of one is too much for what you'd be getting. Went with white rest of everything, should still look real pretty:

If your microcenter has it, the $250 12600kf bundle might be a little more ideal for this budget, especially with how insanely GPU-intensive a lot of those games are.  This would get you everything new for your budget.  A used GPU would have you well under budget, or with a faster GPU.  You’d also have front panel type-C, which is nice if you wanna game with a dualsense.

The bundle only includes 16gb or RAM, but they probably have some RJV 3200 kits open box for like $25, as it’s among the most common RAM you’ll see.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.
