Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: RDR2, Warzone 2, Cyberpunk and watching YT.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Playing on 2 Full HD 144HZ Monitors, but planning to upgrade to 4K

 

Current PC

Case: AeroCool Bionic RGB Mid Tower Case

CPU: Intel Core I3 10100F
CPU Cooler: Stock

GPU: MSI GTX 1660 SUPER VENTUS

Motherboard: MSI H410M-A (MS-7C89)
Ram: 2x8GB HyperX Fury 2666MHZ 

PSU: (Don't know, opened the side panel there were just 3 "˜" on there.)

 

I upgraded my budget a bit so I could get even more performance for it, could you guys  config the ABSOLUTE best price to performance PC there is for this money. With my preference a RTX 4080.

If you have an SSD in your old system that can be reused, you can fit a 7800X3D and RX 7900 XTX into the budget.

Hello... I have a Build List for you to see. Please have a look and let me know what you think.

 

I based it on a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and a RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB. I know you said that you wanted a RTX 4080 but the 4070 Ti Super still has 16GB of VRAM at a cheaper cost and will do 4K. I did this build in case you wanted a RTX GPU. Below this this is an all AMD PC that will be a bit cheaper but has more VRAM on the GPU and the whole PC will be Faster too.
