I mean it wont play fortnite well at all.

 

I would also just go only ssd and just get a 1tb drive instead of that kinda crappy 240gb ssd and verybexpensive 1tb hdd.

 

Also going stock cooler to save money.

 

How much is a rx480/580 or rx470/570 there?

Cut the cooler, use the included one. US PCPartPicker is bad reference. Different prices as well as economies of scale benefit US pricing massively, again reducing their premiums, unlike for most of the world, espcially Bulgaria.

Hello, sorry the 6500xt is 200$ in my country, should I go with the Igpu build and leave the gpu for next year or get the 6400xt now?

hmmmmm, tough choice, the igpu will be ass for anything gaming related, but yea, the 5600g will bee faster than the 4500 so maybe its worth it, try a used 2060
