My laptop uses 50% just after boot

I have disabled a lot of the start-up apps but the ram uses stays at 50% on start up it has 16 gigs of LPDDR5

Check task manager, most likely it's simply cache. Which is a good thing, since it helps speed things up. Unless your computer constantly crashes with Out-of-Memory errors, don't worry about it.

Not really. It's not all used by Windows in any case, check the details tab in Task Manager, sort by memory usage, see if you find anything that stands out. But as I said, as long as your machine isn't crashing because it's out of memory, it's just Windows doing its thing.

i would say with this massive amount of bloatware, yes its normal.  

 

what i don't understand why it says not measured everywhere,  that seems like a bug perhaps.

Its been that way on my last laptop too it didn't tell me anything about how much the impact was
