Can you suggest any improvements to this build. Q: Will i5 12400f bottleneck with 3080

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 

Other details: I will be getting a 3080 second hand for 40,000 INR(~480$)

Any suggestions appreciated
