Transport Ps5 Safely?

Hey all, I am taking a flight in a few days from Ohio to Florida. I want to take my disc edition ps5 as I will have tons of downtime. Does anyone know what I can do to pack this safely? I have a bag I could use like a carry-on or I could put it in my check bag. I’m trying to have as few problems with tsa as possible. I plan on taking the system, cords, and a controller. Thank you!

Put it in a plastic bag then wrap it in some blanket or towel, put it in your carry-on bag and off you go

Take any discs out first, too. Definitely keep it carry-on rather than letting baggage teams handle it. They're GOING to throw it.
