you could probably make your own UPS. You might need to do some research + DIY. but it is possible, even buying a used one would be beneficial, then you can add  to it. It might be substantially cheaper.

Hey i really need help because where i live electricity is crap and im afraid this would affect my pc on the long run.

Due to the bad electricity my pc gets cut off while im doing something and this type of straight cut out of power can lead to alot of problems like my os can go bad, my files might get missing or corrupted and all. I was wondering if there is anything i can perhaps install to reduce this, i know it is not  recommended but if there is then i need it.

Some would say i should get a UPS but that thing cost close to my pc and i dont have that kind of money thats why im looking for alternative.

It happened to me like 3 times now, where the pc would have to run some diagnostics and run some repaires on start up and its getting concerning, this can even go beyond software matters even hardware maybe.

UPS is the only solution, other than just having frequent backups of anything important on separate storage.

Only an UPS can help, unless ypu switch to a laptop...

Your PC may not be very powerful, and you can get a small UPS for $100 or so, or get a cheaper used one

And maybe offsite backups too specifically.

You can get a UPS for anywhere between $50-2k, just depends on how much power you need and for how long. A $50 one is going to give you enough time to shut down and that's about it, the $2k is gonna be enough to finish a round and shut down properly with a high end system.

You can also do a combi of a ups that goes through a battery backup which will give you longevity + uninterrupted power and that can get you there sub 1000$. Sub 500$ potentially depending on system power draw. Else well as you said a basic ups will give you a minute to save and shut down.

You don't need an expensive $1K+ UPS, get a decent $300 UPS.

You know what's the long term fix? Get an electrician and diagnose your house.

It doesn't sound like it's their house. It sounds like the grid in their location that is the problem, which is a far bigger issue. We literally have no idea where this individual lives.

I can get a cheap ups and do some DIY construction to give it more juice so i can have enough time to shutdown.

Unfortunately, you're likely going to be in the DIY space, if nothing else, just based on shipping costs. That could be anything from a car battery and an inverter, to an elaborate setup that could power most of your house.
