How do I see if Channels and Videos are Monetized?

Hi, I was just wondering what extension or whatever I need to get to see if a video is monetized. I have seen it around the web, of a picture with a green tag saying 'monetized' next to videos and channels that aren't their own.

Does anyone know what it is?

no, this isn't it and it is only channels. i think i saw a screenshot of it when the apology video was monetized
