If it helps, halo mcc for the pc always tries to poll my microphone even if I turn it off under game settings which causes a lot of bad sound interference with headsets I have that don't have good mic sound isolation. You might be able to improve audio quality by going to windows privacy settings and turning off all mic access when you don't need to actually use your mic.

so idk if this makes a differense but io have 97% gpu usage on a 3080 with opera discord and halo open but that still doesnt explain why it only happens on bluetooth and not when i use speakers

this will happen with any device that has both speakers and mic built in with a mic that has bad sound iso. bluetooth does not matter. if you have a device that is only speakers, there is no bad mic to poll from so no issue
