Avid gamer and multi-tasker... My first PC build.

This is big budget; I have never splurged like this before in my life... so I don't have the budget to make a big mistake.

Budget 3500$ - 9000$ 40 000 NOK - 100 000NOK:

Country: Norway

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Modern games with max fidelity-settings, workstation programs (Fution360, Unreal 5, blender, ai/procedural networks/genetic algorithms). When I get VR-glasses I would play Rumble and Minecraft ray-traced.

Other details: I use 6 monitors and have gotten dependent on that. I have peripherals and will be using the system for 50+ hours a week.

Due to stability issues in my old system I am a bit paranoid for stability. 3440x1440 175hz main monitor + 5x 1920x1080 (I would desire my 99% fps to be over 200fps). No peripherals needed, I have no system; I have a single 1TB SDD. I am fairly sure I need a 4090, so I intend use the 4090 ¿only? for my main monitor, and supplement my other monitors with an arch GPU and perhaps a second hand GPU? So I don't know if a second system to go with the main is a good or better option; given my budget.
Intel Arc for encode? I heard it is a good value proposition.

I would love to use the snowblind case for PC-stats weather and to-do list. I believe my CPU and GPU is good, and I know nothing about RAM and storage differences...

I need 6+ monitors, and I assumed I need multiple GPU or something to make it work...

CPU Cooler - ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 56.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Case Fan - Lian Li UNI FAN P28 92 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack
Case Fan - Lian Li UNI FAN P28 92 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack

I have to read up DeckLink, but from what I understood, that is better way of doing it.

This is good stuff for me to look into, as I don't yet understand the reason for change in parts. Why did you change the GPU, is it not better to have colder temperatures on the GPU? I very much appreciate the input. At the very least I learned that I can sort PCPartPicker for merchants :D!
PS: I intent to build a NAS for storage; as it is simply way cheaper (and more versatile for such need)

Thanks a lot! Can't read all this now; but I will. Any particular reason for Intel CPU instead of the AMD? As I understand it they are fairly close in performance, but differ in power consumption: https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/intel-core-i9-14900k-14600k-review/ (I have had some finicky experience with intel before. ( I remember a meme about how Intel and AMD CPU crash, and I believe I preferer AMD's way?)
Thanks 😄

better productivity than the X3D 7950 and better gaming performance if the 7950X3D has all CCd's enabled
