MSI MAG A850GL or NZXT C850 GOLD?

I know the former is ATX 3.0, but how is or not important is that? I'm planning on getting a entrly or mid-range 5000 series once it release, so I'm not sure if I'll need ATX 3.0

The quality of the MSI is low and the fan is loud. The NZXT is a lot better and more silent but not ATX3.0. You can get a 12VHPWR cable for the NZXT. It has the Corsair Type 4 pinout.
