You can't install Windows on an Xbox.

However, you CAN find a motherboard with a very similar APU and put Windows on that.

There's a motherboard on AliExpress with the Xbox APU, actually.

What you see there is classic click-bait title. Enough to peak your interest, but not enough to give straight answer. Which is no, you can't. Its locked BIOS, thats the biggest problem. So hardware would support as its own (which is more than when they were using PowerPC base), but console makers have locked hardware harder than Apple.
