1500va power supply integrated circuit problem

Good afternoon guys,

 

I have a power supply named "bluestorm", just like in the picture someone posted before, with 1500va. Suddenly it stopped working and after opening it up i found this pointed integrated circuit was blown because of unstable electricity. I just need the model name of this integrated circuit for PZY1K5 cart model or clear picture for this integrated circuit so i can replace it with similar one
