why is my power button flickering?

 

 

i checked the HDD_LED and PWR_LED both are in their correct places. any other possible reasons?

thats your drive activity led , it blinks when the drive is being accessed.

so the power button is supposed to be blinking like that? id like to fix it if possible cause its annoying

They're tied to the same assembly. Most likely separate LEDs(maybe combined within the same housing), but close together.
