I don't know, but by the way you are explaining the issue, it sounds like you are having an issue with the monitor. 

Check the cables and connections, a connector being loose can cause issues like the monitor loosing signal and stuff.

 

Also, you better be overclocking that 4 core i5 to keep up and reduce your CPU bottleneck.

it only dose it when i am in games

Nothing you have described gives any particular reason to think the CPU is the root of the problem, somewhat outdated though it may be.

If you got this very specific number from some so-called "bottleneck calculator" website, you should know those are all garbage.

 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
