Go to solution Solved by EscapedVillager,

DoctorNick , NemesisPrime_691 , Naijin.
i solved it by undervolting the gpu and lowering the core clock(yes lower fps only by 8-10 fps) but it least it does work and yeah i tried changing the charger but didnt work..anyways

heres my graph even though i know its wrong and not the well put but i have no knowledge  about undervolting
and thanks alot for helping

does any one knows why my laptop has temp problems on 60C ? like it goes to 5 fps or 7 for like 3 sec. and the temps just stays 60-70
i couldn`t capture the moment it happens but i have a graph on it.

Are you sure you're not hitting the VRAM limit? The game seems to use 5.5GB, Windows can eat some too. You could check task manager for total VRAM usage but if it's also at about 5.5GB, it's not that.

Is it in every game you play?

Have you +updated drivers etc? Chipset besing the most important. Maybe update BIOS aswell.

Maybe do that then. Lenovo always like to play around with fan profiles etc. Check out chipset as well. You can run auto detect and install drivers from the link I provided.

Lower the settings and keep the VRAM below 5GB, 4GB would be even better. It's just to try it out.

Updating drivers won't help you if it's VRAM related. Temperatures seem fine, far below the thermal limits. You can try updating BIOS but I doubt it will help.

Leave it on, it will thermal throttle at about 90-95 degrees.

thats on low settings 1080p

I still think its a driver issue. Download this driver instead its more generel, than the one you're using:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/results/216929/

Download DDU:

https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4843

install DDU and run. When starting the program you'll get a prompt. Choose run in safe mode.

After restart, DDU will start. Go to options (in DDU). and uncheck this:

Run Clean and restart.

Rip, I have no more Ideas, maybe contact Lenovo

Or try the driver provided on Lenovo's website, just for testing: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-5-pro-16ach6/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Graphics Processing Units (GPU) and Server-AI Accelerators&id=635380F4-448F-4129-AA77-265289D96F6F

i`ll try 1 last thing before .the system cooling policy is missing so i`ll try to make it appears then disable it because it makes the system slower before speeding the fans or something like that i`ll try it anyways because on battery this thing doesnt happens ok it says temp\power limit but its 100% good and playable

Ok, yeah it throttle the speed. Maybe put it back to default. Your issue is that it throttle everything down to 400mhz. You've this installed? No clue if it helps, I mostly have experience with thinkpad laptops:
