Rear vs front audio panel

I have audio-technica ATH-M50X headphones and an ASUS ROG Strix B550 F-Gaming mobo. Experts please tell me which panel do I connect the headphones on and why?

Either. They are exactly the same.

Getting a little nitpicky, the front audio port has a much longer audio path and as such is susceptible to more interference. But you won't notice any difference.
