They are decent. In terms of build quality the same as a CX series from corsair or perhaps a little higher.

FSP is actually good company they are oem like seasonic. sold a lot of fsp and so far in the past 4 years not 1 returned to me for warranty.

I like their aurum model the 750 to be exact. (which the models I only sell are the aurum ones).

I'm not sure but I think silverstone uses some of their model but someone should correct me on this.

although there are some of their lower end models I don't like.

That is a solid power supply. My friend has the 650W variant and it has been running for 3 years with no problem so far :). If PSUs are gold rated then they MUST have great build quality to achieve that standard.

yep it's pretty solid. so far it's the model that sells the most compared to even their lower one due to price (it is a bit more expensive compared to the model but taking aging into account it's a bit better specially for dual cards).

I might be expensive for "our" standards, but maybe it's cheap over there? I'm not really familiar with the pricing in the UAE though.

Yeah I suppose that could be the case. if PSUs are deathly expensive over there it would make sense

That's if they don't lie about the standards and tests that they passed.

Also build quality and efficiency are 2 different things, it can be 80% gold efficiency, but set fire to your pc after 3 days, though yes they probably are better made

@Katsu-K1L

I live in the UAE as well and was thinking of getting parts from gear up.

Coincidentally I was also considering an FSP PSU, the 550W Raider S. Would also appreciate feedback on that.
