Updating Windows, but how do i remove Sledgehammer completely? (instructions unclear)

I know it sounds silly, but the readme isn't really clear (it says to download "something") but this forum post *is* very clear

also this is the portable version,  i thought that'd make it easier,  not sure about that anymore now...

that's what im thinking,  i guess I'll just have to try... just wanted some kind of sanity check i guess, thanks!

right, but see above,  the app would be gone, but the changes it made wouldn't, hence it would seem i need to run the "uninstall script" ...

So yeah, that was all that was needed*

*for most people probably,  but i also had to run DISM and sfc scannow,  but i already knew that because i personally renamed wassmedic to notwaasmedic and windows can't update without that service  😉

 

took only 5 minutes though so yeah!
